Trainers hire trainers for the same reason everyone else should…

…they want the world class results that they haven’t been able to get on their own.

Trainers benefit from having an outside set of eyes to help them push past plateaus, just like everyone else.

Trainers have busy schedules and sometimes struggle to stay accountable, just like everyone else.

And guess what?

Trainers also want to get totally jacked, just like everyone else. 💪

Meet my client Tony Giordano. At age 46, he’s in better shape than 99% of humans at age 23. And, yes…he’s a trainer himself. But now he’s taken things to a new level.

“The biggest change in my body has been a total reduction of any joint pain I had, mainly from overuse.”

“I also lost  8-10 lbs of mainly fat.”

“I thought I was pretty lean before we started but after two months I had veins visible that I have never seen before.”

“Strength went up in pressing exercises especially. I loved the mix of bodyweight and dumbbell movements.”

Tony believes in training. And he also believes in coaching.

Which makes total sense. Priests go to confession. Shrinks have shrinks. Doctors see doctors. It’s said that any lawyer who represents himself has a fool for a client. And plumbers poop.

When he reached out, Tony had reached a point I’ve sometimes felt myself. Instead of feeling motivated and ready to crush his workouts, Tony was flat and unmotivated.

He was going through the motions.

Sound familiar?

Because they’re in the gym for work, coaches are always experimenting with new training methods for their clients.

If you’re a trainer yourself, you can fall into the trap of regarding workouts as work. So it’s easy to get sidetracked in filming demos, adjusting your training to test new items…and doing  your workouts for your clients, not yourself.

In Tony’s words:
“I needed you to make a plan for me to just execute and keep from adjusting all the details and sabotaging my progress.”

So far, Tony has been killing it.  We made some subtle tweaks. The before and after pics tell the story. The end result was new personal records.

Best of all, Tony doesn’t have to think about every aspect of his training…I’ve done it for him.

Tony doesn’t have to go back and forth about meal choices…I’ve laid out the step-by-step plan.

We’re doing regular form checks and he’s making improvements he couldn’t see for himself.

Like many hard-chargers, what Tony’s biggest struggle was dialing back some of his training.

“I had always been used to doing high-intensity stuff, almost daily. So I had to adjust to the reduction.”

A breakthrough came when Tony realized the training could be even more effective – and still plenty hard – with increased recovery time.

“First thing I thought about Bach Performance and Eric was that this was someone who knows how to help someone like me.”

“I felt that Bach Performance would know exactly how to help an older client who is looking to build visible muscle and keep me accountable.”

Like many coaches, Tony has the curse of knowledge. He knows a lot about training…too much to be an effective coach for himself. He says he tended to overthink things.

“I needed to be told what to do and just execute the plan.  No thinking. Just action from my part. And you were always there with form and nutrition tips.”

Tony’s results rekindled his passion. And there was another benefit.

“I really want to improve my coaching abilities to be able to coach people to be able to feel the way I feel.  I think doing this coaching is giving me confidence to try to build a bigger business for myself.”

“Still feel like an imposter trainer though.  But it definitely is igniting a passion for helping others.”

Tony recommends the program for anyone who wants to improve their physique in any way or even someone who just wants to better themselves.”

“Do not think too much and just do it!  You won’t regret it.

“You will learn things about yourself that you didn’t know you needed to learn.”

“If you follow the plan and ask questions and put in the effort to stay the course you WILL see results.”

Tony learned the most valuable lesson of all: success in the gym and success in life go hand in hand.  He is looking for new goals both personally and professionally.

“I’m a fitness lifer so for me I will keep trying to improve my body in some way.”

“Getting super lean could be next, or maybe a performance goal.

“The point is that with fitness and nutrition in my life I feel like I have a lot of time left.  Anything is possible!”

So it surprises me that more trainers don’t hire their own trainers. I’ve done it myself. And guess what? It works.

Not many people know this, but about 20% of my clients are actually other trainers.  So I can do for you what I did for Tony and dozens of other trainers.

I can eliminate the guesswork and help you train smarter with direct feedback on your technique like this.

I can build a program that improves your life, rather than consumes it.

The result you get will transform your life from the inside out.

If you’re a coach, you’ll learn the process and add another tool to your coaching tool belt. So you’ll get even better results for your own clients.

Think of it as a virtuous circle. Everyone wins…
…because more people are making more of a difference in the world.

It all starts with you.

And oh, yeah…one more thing:
You’ll get jacked doing it.

If you’re ready to make it happen, go to Bach Performance Physique Coaching and apply now.
