When you purchase individual or group online training (whether delivered via this website, app, email or others means); an ecourse; ebook; or video from us:  we collect first name; last name; email; and payment method choice (credit card or paypal or information is held by the payment processor and not us.) When you purchase group online training through the BOSS program or one-on-one online training we collect: first name; last name; email, method; payment method choice (credit card or paypal or information is held by the payment processor and not us); and such Personal Data relating to exercise and health history as you choose to provide us online or via Skype or telephone interview.

We automatically collect certain information when you visit our Website – such as the type of browser and operating system you are using, and the domain name of your Internet service provider. We do not link this information with any Personal Data.

Any recommendations are not medical guidelines but are for educational purposes only. You must consult your physician prior to starting this program or if you have any medical condition or injury that contraindicates physical activity. Programs program are designed for healthy individuals 18 years and older only.  All forms of exercise pose some inherent risks. Bach Performance advises readers to take full responsibility for their safety and to know their limits. Before practicing any exercises, be sure that your equipment is well maintained. Do not take risks beyond your level of experience, aptitude, training and fitness.
