 Most of the fitness info out there is garbage.

These days, anyone with an iPhone, abs, and a slick social media presence can “appear” to be a fitness expert. Unfortunately, these people don’t know as much as they seem to. And they can make fitness overly complicated by preying on our fears and insecurities.

It’s bullshit, and I’ve had enough.

What we need is more real coaches.  Real coaches have thousands of hours of practical experience with thousands of clients — from “Ordinary Joes” to professional athletes.  

Why am I telling you all this? Because I’m a lot like you. Once upon a time, I fell for the same gimmicks. Six-minute abs. 18-inch arms in five weeks. “You can look like me by doing XYZ.”

I tried it all, worked my ass off, but stayed small, weak, and insecure.

I didn’t succeed until I focused on what REALLY works: The basics.  Only then did I create the body and life I needed.

I’ll do the same for you.
