Busy Mom Loses 130 Pounds and Keeps It Off for Good.

Jenna hit a breaking point in August of 2013. At 270 pounds, she was ready for – and desperately needed – a change.

Former Athlete & Teacher Loses 30 Pounds and Rocks Her Wedding Dress

When the terrible truth hit home, Kayleigh Scharff was a successful 28-year-old preschool teacher and Lacrosse coach in Maryland.

 

She was NOT going to look great in her wedding dress unless she did something.

Nicole Aced Her Police Academy PT Test

When I started Eric’s program, I was out of shape, unhealthy, and had no idea where to even begin a healthier lifestyle. I also had recently left my job to be able to follow my dream to attend police academy and become a police officer. I started looking into hiring a coach and/or a nutritionalist to help me out, that’s when I found Eric’s “Look Good Naked Program”. However, I contemplated actually signing up because I wasn’t employed and didn’t have a lot of extra money to spend and I wasn’t sure if I was going to be able to stick to it (I had never hired a coach/nutritionalist before). When I first joined Bach Performance I had no self control or discipline. I would not go to the gym and I ate so much. I have also tried fad diets and weight loss goals previously that have clouded my brain so I wanted to find someone who could help sort that out, and help me figure out what’s best for my body.

Down 5 Inches & 10+ Pounds!

Before joining Bach Performance I was struggling the most with having a consistent diet mixed with a plan that was effective in the gym. No one was holding me accountable, including myself. If I didn’t feel like going, I’d come up with an excuse on how I was too busy or too tired to go. 

 

My #1 goal in joining the program was to work on a healthier lifestyle which includes reaching my goal weight – I’ve already lost 9 lbs and 5 inches off my waist since I started and it’s only been 2 months.

 

My coach helped me get my diet on a better path and helped me by giving me resources and documentation and also helped me stay on track at the gym by giving me items to complete and check off everyday. This allowed me to push myself and have an action plan – before I would walk around the gym and just randomly put a workout together that wasn’t always effective. 

 

In just a month and a half I can see and feel a physical improvement – I’m able to lift more weight at the gym and feel more confident when executing exercises.

I also feel mentally more capable and more in control of myself than I did before I started on this journey. I wasn’t sleeping well or eating right and I felt like shit. Now I’m up and at the gym by 4 am and working on prioritizing a better sleep schedule for myself. 

 

I was also on the fence and kept telling myself I didn’t need to pay someone to get me to do what I already know I need to do. The accountability piece is really what I needed. I have someone creating a routine for me that I just need to check off and complete every day. No questions, no excuses, just do it. I’m only about 50 days in and I already feel a huge difference physically and mentally and I can’t wait to see where I end up at the end of this.

The main thing I struggled with was nutrition and my eating habits prior to joining Bach Performance. My number one goal was to lose weight and be healthy.

 

Since I started the program about 2 months ago, I feel like a completely different person. I’ve lost 14 pounds and 3 inches off my waist. As my coach, Victor has been supportive throughout my experience so far. I feel more energetic and I love my results. I have so much confidence and I’m not even done with the program yet!

 

I can also actually see the results physically especially with the photo comparisons! I fit one of those tight fitting t-shirts and I didn’t wear a sweater or jacket over it for the first time since I was in my prime!! It’s the greatest feeling. I look stronger but I also feel stronger! I have so much energy and I’m less stressed. My confidence is shining through and regardless of how I feel, Victor keeps me encouraged and reminds me it’s a journey.

I have to say, I was one of those people that was hesitant about joining this program, thinking that it’s just another over-promising program. There are so many programs and people promising fast results. I think I was one of those people who signed up for them all and never got the results I wanted or the weight came right back. This program is different. Victor really worked with me to build trust and made himself available for my workout questions and I go to the gym extremely early but I always received an answer so I know for my next workout. Victor also helped with my nutrition issues especially with me being someone who loves food and struggled eating. Victor still helps guide me on what to eat and how to incorporate the foods I love so I don’t binge. The one thing I loved was that Victor didn’t say I’d lose a certain amount or be down inches, no false promises were made! I was encouraged that I can reach my goal if I follow the plan and it’s definitely working! I’m still in my journey but I can confidently say I wouldn’t be this far without coach Victor!
