I use functional movements and exercises to detect imbalances and instabilities that leave you prone to injury and subpar performance. By maximizing your movement skills and eliminating inefficiencies, I’ll prepare you to optimize your performance.
I use plyometrics, movement training and sometimes Olympic lifts to further develop power, strength, and speed in the gym…that directly transfers to your unique requirements for life and sport.
I use dumbbell, barbell, and bodyweight exercises to develop total body strength through movement. This will strengthen your core to prevent injury and improve performance across the board.
Training your body as an integrated unit for maximal performance minimizes injuries. Even better: It prepares you mentally to take your performance to the next level.

I’m Really Not Your Normal Denver Personal Trainer
As a trainer and coach, I’ve worked with hundreds of clients over the years. I’ve worked as a collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coach to help athletes attain scholarships and prepare for the NFL Combine and Pro Days in front of scouts.
But it’s also been my privilege to work with many “ordinary people” who just want to feel better, look better, and perform better. These are some of my most gratifying success stories. Bottom line: I can help you, no matter who you are.
